ECA Stack - Ephedra, Caffeine, Aspirin
When starting an ECA program, should I take a full dose right away?
Again, it depends on the person – some have immediately taken a full
ECA stack dose and had great success with their programs, while others prefer
to start up slower and ease themselves into the program gradually.
The reasoning behind slowly building up to a full dosage is to simply test your
body’s response to the ECA stack. Everyone’s body is different, and for some the
recommended dosage of an ECA stack might be too intense at first – therefore, they
slowly build their dosage up to a level they are comfortable with. Moreover, others
say they slowly build up to a full dose in order to reduce the chance of side effects
– essentially, to give your body time to get used to the ECA stack before taking
a full dose.
Generally, the gradual build up method is rather simple – for the first 1-5 days
of the program, people tend to simply take half of the recommended dosage. After
that time period, they tend to start a full dose program for some weeks (3-4 weeks),
and then take a rest period of 1-2 weeks. Again, this only a general guide and you
should tailor the program to your own body and needs.
Also, please consult your physician before beginning an ECA stack program and any
exercise regiment.
