When should I take an ephedra (ECA) stack dose?

When to actually take an ECA stack dosage varies, and many people have different philosophies on when to take an ECA stack. However, a popular dosage schedule is to take an ECA stack dose 30-45 minutes before each meal – moreover, some people like to take a dose before they work out.

The reasoning behind this method is that the ECA stack increases your metabolism, essentially allowing you to burn fat - however, an ECA stack protects lean muscle mass at the same time, which is very important to weight loss. Therefore, taking an ECA stack before a meal allows your metabolism to essentially turn itself on, and food will be broken down much quicker – this gives you a higher overall energy boost.

Furthermore, many people recommend having an absolute maximum of 3-4 doses per day, and say that any more is simply a waste, or can even be detrimental. In essence, there is no need to take a very large quantity of the ECA stack, and exceeding the recommended dosage can be harmful.

Also, please remember that an ECA stack contains caffeine, so it might be best to not take a dose after 8:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M., since the caffeine might prevent you from sleeping.
